1. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own (which includes the text details inside your resumes), under these Terms, resume.toys and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website, creating resume drafts, and exporting PDF documents.

2. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

  • Publishing any Website material in any other media without prior permission.
  • Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material.
  • Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website.
  • Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website.
  • Using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations.

3. Your Content

In these Terms of Service, "Your Content" shall mean any personal data, text, or file attachments you choose to input or upload on this Website. By inputting Your Content, you grant resume.toys a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub-licensable license to parse, render, format, and store it solely for the purpose of delivering the resume-building and scanning service.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party's rights. resume.toys reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

resume.toys offers a Free plan, single resume purchases, and recurring ResumeToys Plus subscriptions.

  • Free Plan: Includes 1 Career Profile, 1 single-page resume, 10+ basic templates, and 10 PDF downloads. ResumeToys Plus is optional.
  • Single Resume Unlock: Grants full access to customize, render, and export the selected resume without watermark.
  • ResumeToys Plus: Unlocks the complete workspace, including unlimited Career Profiles, multi-page resumes, 100+ professional templates, ATS scoring checks, and 500 monthly AI credits.
  • Billing Cadences & Pricing: ResumeToys Plus is offered in three recurring billing options: Monthly (₹249/month), Quarterly (₹599 every 3 months), and Yearly (₹2,099/year). Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Subscription Management & Cancellation:
    • Web Purchases (Razorpay): Subscriptions purchased on the website are billed via Razorpay and can be managed directly in Account Settings at resume.toys/billing by selecting "Cancel auto-renewal".
    • Android Purchases (Google Play): Subscriptions purchased within the Android app are billed through Google Play and must be managed or canceled directly in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
  • Cancellation Effect: Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not itself constitute a refund; your Plus access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and resume.toys expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website.

In no event shall resume.toys, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
